Branch № 29 “Interlex”
of the Moscow Regional Collegium of Advocates
At present, the Moscow Regional Collegium of Advocates is one of the largest legal practices in Russia. It has 51 branches in Moscow and 94 branches in the Moscow region. Around 1500 advocates carry out their activity as members of the Collegium, among them more than 60 doctors and candidates of juridical sciences. All of them are members of the Bar Chamber of the Moscow Region (APMO) and are entered into the Register of advocates which is kept by the Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Moscow region.
Branch № 29 “Interlex” of the Moscow Regional Collegium of Advocates has been functioning since 1998. 11 advocates practice law in the branch. The leading advocates of the branch are:
- Zenkin Igor Viktorovich (Doctor of juridical sciences, Professor);
- Smirnova Ekaterina Vilyamovna(Master of Law – LLM Leiden University, the Netherlands);
- Yakubova Natalia Grigorievna (candidate of juridical sciences, senior lecturer at the Chair of Civil Process and Enforcement Proceedings of the All-Russian State University of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of the RF);
- Guzhva Sergey Vasilievich (head of the Branch, member of the Presidium of the Moscow Regional Collegium of Advocates).
Since 2001 the branch has been among top five branches of the Collegium.
